Returns, Cancellations & Warranty
1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship for a full refund.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

To cancel, contact us immediately at +1(828)860-6024 (M-F 9:00 AM-5 PM EST) with your order number.
2. Returns & Exchanges

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

Custom-built or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number — returns without prior authorization may be denied.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing error.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns, depending on item condition.
3. Warranty Claims

Due to the inherent nature of how our products are meant to be used, we cannot expressly warranty them. HOWEVER, if you truly believe that you have experienced a failure due to manufacturing error, please contact us at: support@orcdesignllc.com. We review these on a case by case basis.
3. Defective Claims

If you believe that your product is defective please email us at: support@orcdesignllc.com with as much detail as possible including photos and/or videos showing the issue at hand.
- Please note that your product will be ineligible for a defective claim in any of the following cases: 1. The product has been modified in any way shape or form excluding coatings such as powder coat or paint. 2. You bought the product from a private individual/non-official reseller in either new or used condition. 3. If your vehicle has been modified in any way that may affect the compatibility of our products, determined by ORC Design LLC. 4. The vehicle has been in an accident that has damaged surfaces/parts in which out products attach. 5. We may ask you to show measurements from your vehicle or ORC product EG) A measurement between your Jeeps frame horns; If you can not, or refuse to do so we may not be able to find your product defective/eligible for replacement.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to defective manufacturing.
